To be entitled to a full refund items must be packaged with labels still attached and no sign of being worn, washed or damaged. As well as this the item must be selected that you wish to return.
Items must be returned within 28 days for UK and EU customers and 32 days for US. We offer free returns to our UK customers however you must keep your proof of postage incase your order is lost on its way back to us.
Refunds are useally issued 16 days after we receive your return, please make a note during our busy periods this could be longer.
